You know you are too tired when…

…you feel the ground under you shaking for a few good seconds, you see things on your desk sliding here and there, you look at the lights above dancing to some non-existent tune, and yet dismiss it all assuming it’s either someone dragging something heavy on the floor above or your overworked mind is playing tricks on you making you feel dizzy, until a colleague walks over and informs you that that was an earthquake.

Hope folks from those areas that were hit bad are doing ok. Stay safe !

  1. hey I just felt the same an hour ago.. we all are safe… we were evacuated from the building for a while.. I climbed down stairs from 18th floor :(

    wasn’t much really here at my end, Pepper. We just had it happen for a few seconds, that too mild tremors only. :)

    We had an earth quake south of where we live and folks who live a few miles away experienced the tremors too! we didn’t feel anything though…

  6. There was an earthquake here last night…sleepy me got a very very early wake up call…:P

    oh that’s bad. i wonder whether i would even realize if an earthquake hits while im asleep :P

  9. My SIL was saying the same thing. And she was sitting on FB and updating each n every moment….while her colleagues were panicking and running towards the exit. LOL :P

    i don’t know how i would’ve reacted if people around me were panicking…since it wasn’t severe here at all, everyone just went on with their work :) hope your SIL and family are safe
