First snow storm of the season

…happened this weekend. We got about 8-12 inches of snow. And this is how it looked outside our building this morning…

Not the greatest of pics, I know. I didn’t have the patience to do any better :-).

When I stepped out this morning on to the soft fluffy snow, I so wanted to lie down on it, make snow balls, snowman and all that. But the wind is a killer, I tell you, especially when it’s already so cold outside. Sigh, why does it have to be so windy? Oh well…such is life.

How has your weekend been, folks?

Agreed. but sometimes “now” can not be classified as “right” occasion. this is that case. you make “now” as “right” occasion; and I will come “now”. 😀 😀

Oh I just love these trees!! 😀 😀

Snowball fights!! Make a snowball and throw it at your neighbour’s car windows..That is fun!!:P

You are right.. Cest la vie 😀

oh you know Matt the trees would look lovelier if some snow stayed in the branches…it would look like they have pure white leaves…but due to the wind, the trees aren’t able to enjoy the snow for themselves :D..

    thanks Prince Mattieu.

The bare trees make me sad somehow. Here we have these bare trees and no snow. 😦

yeah…bare trees makes me feel bad for them..that’s why i like it when snow sits on the branches 😀

I read your post in the morning itself. But somehow did not comment. And now that I am reading it again I will say this: After seeing everything in blue and green for over three hours now, looking at vast layers of white is totally weird for me… 😀 Yeah people on the news were saying that most of the east coast and the north east had snow storms and stuff on saturday… 😀

    lol …ok 🙂

    yupe storm it was :-)…fun!
