Sunny Days

Sunny were the days when you were around…
…in your smile, my happiness abound.
…in your loving embrace, I saw my grief drown.
…in the sparkle of your eyes, I heard love’s sound.

Gloomy are the days when you are afar…
…I crave for the time when you treated me like a star.
…without your hands holding mine, everything seems bizarre.
…the memories of you have left a beautiful scar.

Spring is all I want, to see my sun shine bright…
…then I will bloom in joy again with you in sight.
…you and I are like day and night.
…without one, the other is no delight.

Your Poems on love and feel always leaves a deep mark in the soul …
    Brilliant stuff 🙂 ….
Why don’t you compile all your poems and maintain an archive ? Most of them are too good to go back and “feel” again n again !

    aww thanks :D…

archive? – they must all be under the category “Poems” I guess…you want something different than that?

how wonderfully put, I wouldn’t might someone writing me this lovely poem

is it “…in your loving embrace…” instead of “…in your loving ebrace”? I hope I don’t annoy you with this but if this was my writing, I wouldn’t might having tell me I have misspelled a word, but I could be wrong…

    Thank you, Lissa 🙂

Yes, I did mean ‘loving embrace’. Thanks for correcting 🙂 I don’t mind at all …
